Does it require any assembly?
No, the basket comes fully assembled and ready for use right out of the box.
Can I use this for wet towels?
It is best to ensure towels are dry before placing them in the basket to preserve the integrity of the willow and prevent mildew.
Troubleshooting
The basket does not sit perfectly flat on the floor.
Because this is a handmade natural product, slight irregularities can occur. Gently manipulate the base or add a small felt pad to the bottom to level it out.
The cotton lining has stained or become dusty.
Remove the lining and machine wash it on a cold, delicate cycle, then let it air dry completely before re-inserting.

Care Instructions
- Lining Maintenance: Remove the cotton liner and machine wash on a gentle cycle to keep it fresh. Air dry the liner to prevent shrinking.
- Basket Care: Dust the wicker regularly with a soft, dry cloth. If a spill occurs, wipe the area immediately with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry thoroughly.
- Storage: Place the basket in a well-ventilated area. Avoid placing it in damp, unheated rooms to prevent the potential for mold or warping of the natural wood fibers.
