FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Cloudtilt is specifically optimized for walking and all-day movement. While comfortable, they are not designed for high-impact running or athletic performance.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
It is recommended to avoid machine washing. Hand cleaning with mild soap and water is the best way to maintain the material integrity.
How does the sizing run?
The On Cloudtilt uses standard UK sizing. It is recommended to choose your typical trainer size.
What material is the upper made of?
The upper is crafted from durable, breathable polyester designed for longevity and comfort.
Are they waterproof?
These trainers are not waterproof; the polyester material is designed for breathability.
Troubleshooting
Visible dirt on the beige polyester upper
Gently scrub with a soft-bristle brush and lukewarm water. Avoid machine washing to prevent structural damage.
Feeling of decreased cushioning over time
Check if the insole has shifted or become compressed; removing and airing out the insole can often help restore shape.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your On Cloudtilt trainers, proper care is essential:
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush or a damp cloth with mild soap to spot-clean the polyester upper. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Always air dry your trainers in a cool, shaded area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the cushioning foam.
- Compatibility: These are standard UK sizing. When trying them on, ensure there is roughly a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for natural foot swelling throughout the day.
- Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated place to prevent moisture buildup within the materials.
