Troubleshooting
Holder appears unstable
Ensure the holder is placed on a flat, level surface. The weight of the porcelain should provide stability on a properly situated floor.
Stains or marks on the porcelain
Gently clean with a damp cloth and warm water. For stubborn marks, a mild, non-abrasive bathroom cleaner can be used sparingly, followed by a thorough rinse.
Water pooling at the bottom
Ensure the toilet brush is dry before placing it in the holder, or empty and wipe the holder dry regularly to prevent moisture buildup.
