What material is the bottle made from?

The bottle is made from high-quality, 18/8 food-grade stainless steel, with 90% certified post-consumer recycled content. It is BPA-free and lead-free.

Can I put this bottle in the dishwasher?

Hand washing is recommended to preserve the finish and integrity of the bottle and its coating. The cap can typically be washed on the top rack of a dishwasher, but hand washing is best for longevity.

How do I attach the straw?

Troubleshooting

Cap is difficult to open or close.

Ensure the cap is properly aligned and that no debris is obstructing the mechanism. Rinse the cap components with warm water.

Bottle is leaking.

Check that the cap is fully sealed and that the spout is in the closed position. Inspect the cap seal for any damage or debris.

Liquid is not flowing through the straw.

Ensure the straw is properly connected to the cap and that the tip is not blocked. Check that the spout is open.

Bottle has developed an odor.

Stainless steel is naturally odor-resistant, but thorough cleaning with warm, soapy water and allowing the bottle to air dry completely should resolve any lingering smells.
