No, these are FG/AG boots with aggressive stud patterns meant for outdoor grass or artificial grass pitches. Using them on indoor courts can cause slipping and potential injury.
PUMA children's sizing is based on UK standards. It is recommended to have a thumb-width of space between your longest toe and the front of the boot for optimal comfort.
The materials are water-resistant to a degree, but they are not fully waterproof. Prolonged play in heavy rain will eventually allow water to enter the boot.
The studs are integrated into the soleplate and cannot be replaced. Once the studs are worn down significantly, the boot should be replaced for safety and traction reasons.
Use a soft-bristled brush and lukewarm water. Avoid harsh chemicals or detergents that could degrade the grip texture.
Check the outsole for compacted rubber crumb or debris build-up and clear the studs using a brush.
Warm the boots by wearing them indoors for 15 minutes before play to allow the synthetic mesh to flex with natural foot warmth.
To ensure the best performance, ensure the boots are correctly laced to lock the midfoot in place. These boots are compatible with firm natural ground and standard artificial grass surfaces. To care for your PUMA Ultra 5 Match boots, remove loose mud or rubber crumbs after every game using a soft brush. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, then air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent material damage or warping.
