The Under Armour Assert 11 trainers are versatile and well-suited for general gym workouts, cross-training, and light aerobic activities. They provide a good balance of support and comfort for a variety of exercises.
While they offer cushioning, they are primarily designed for training rather than dedicated long-distance running. For extensive mileage, specialized running shoes would be more appropriate.
Refer to the UK adult foot sizing guide. The featured model is UK size 14. Ensure you measure your foot accurately before selecting a size.
These trainers are not waterproof. While they can handle light moisture, prolonged exposure to wet conditions is not recommended and may affect performance and durability.
The Assert 11 series generally focuses on providing a lightweight, comfortable, and durable option for everyday training needs.
It is generally recommended to replace trainers every 300-500 miles of use, or when you notice significant wear, loss of cushioning, or discomfort.
