FAQs

Are Crocs suitable for toddlers who are just learning to walk?

Yes, the Crocs Classic Clogs offer good support and a non-slip sole, making them a suitable option for toddlers. The lightweight design and pivoting heel strap help ensure a secure fit.

Can these clogs be worn in water?

Absolutely. The Croslite™ material is water-friendly, buoyant, and quick-drying, making them ideal for beach, pool, or water play.

How do I ensure I select the correct size?

It is recommended to measure your child's foot from heel to toe and consult the Crocs sizing chart. The UK size provided is a general guide; precise foot measurements are best.

Can I put these in the washing machine?

No, Crocs should not be put in a washing machine or clothes dryer. High heat can cause the Croslite™ material to warp or shrink. Clean them with mild soap and cold water.

Do the clogs come with any charms?

The Crocs Classic Clogs do not come with Jibbitz™ charms. These can be purchased separately to personalize the footwear.

What does 'Iconic Crocs Comfort™' mean?

It refers to the proprietary foam compound (Croslite™) that provides a soft, supportive, and lightweight feel, offering 360-degree comfort for the foot.

Are these clogs made from sustainable materials?

The Croslite™ compound now contains 25% bio-circular materials, derived from sources like cooking oil from other industries, contributing to a more sustainable approach.

Troubleshooting

Clogs feel too loose or too tight.

Adjust the pivoting heel strap for a more secure fit. If the overall size is incorrect, refer to the sizing chart for accurate measurements before purchasing.

Material seems stiff after initial wear.

This is normal for the Croslite™ material. Wear them for a short period; the warmth of the foot will help mold them for a custom fit.

Clogs have an odor.

Wash with mild soap and water, and allow them to air dry completely. The Croslite™ material is naturally odor-resistant, but persistent odors may require thorough cleaning.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely comfortable for all-day wear.
Durable and long-lasting construction.
Water-friendly and quick-drying.

Lightweight and buoyant design.

Cons

Sizing can sometimes be inconsistent, requiring careful measurement.
The material may become slippery when wet on certain surfaces.
Not intended for highly athletic activities requiring significant ankle support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These clogs require no assembly. Simply remove them from the packaging and they are ready for use.

Compatibility: The Crocs Classic Clogs are designed for toddlers and are compatible with various Jibbitz™ charms (sold separately) for personalization.

Care Instructions:

Cleaning: To clean your Crocs, use mild soap and cold water. A soft brush can be used for stubborn dirt.
Drying: Allow clogs to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not place them in a clothes dryer or washing machine, as excessive heat can damage the material.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain their shape and material integrity.
