Are these true to size?
The Nike V5 RNR generally fits true to size for standard adult foot measurements. It is recommended to stick to your standard Nike size.

Troubleshooting
Outer mesh appears dusty or stained
Use a soft brush to gently remove surface dust and a slightly damp cloth with mild soap to spot clean the mesh material.
Sensation of the shoe feeling tight after long wear
Feet can naturally swell throughout the day. Try loosening the laces slightly to accommodate natural foot expansion.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Getting the most out of your Nike V5 RNR Trainers requires proper sizing and maintenance. Ensure you are wearing the correct UK size for your foot profile to take full advantage of the foam midsole support.
Care Instructions:
- Surface Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush or a damp cloth with mild soap to gently remove dirt from the mesh upper.
- Avoid Immersion: Do not submerge the shoes in water, as this can degrade the foam midsole integrity.
- Air Drying: Always air-dry your trainers in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the materials.
- Insole Maintenance: If needed, remove the insoles to air them out separately to maintain freshness.
