FAQs

What are these napkins best suited for?

These napkins are best suited for quick-service restaurants, cafes, event catering, and any busy dining environment that requires a cost-effective and convenient disposable napkin for light-duty use.

Are these napkins absorbent?

They offer a balance of strength and absorbency suitable for everyday use. However, being single-ply, they may not be as absorbent as thicker, multi-ply options and are best for lighter tasks.

How many napkins are in a pack?

Each pack contains 500 sheets of napkins.

Can these napkins be used for fine dining?

Due to their single-ply construction and basic aesthetic, they are more appropriate for casual dining and quick-service environments rather than formal or fine dining settings.

What are the dimensions of the napkins?

The product information does not specify exact dimensions, but they are designed as standard-sized tissue napkins for commercial use.

How should I store these napkins?

Store the napkins in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight to maintain their quality.

Troubleshooting

Napkins are difficult to dispense from dispenser.

Ensure the dispenser is not overfilled and that the napkins are loaded correctly. Check for any obstructions within the dispenser mechanism.

Napkins tear easily when used.

These are single-ply napkins designed for light use. For tasks requiring more strength or absorbency, consider a thicker, multi-ply napkin.

Product arrived damp or damaged.

Contact customer support for a replacement. Ensure storage conditions are dry and stable.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These napkins require no setup. Simply remove them from their packaging and place them in an appropriate dispenser or stack them neatly for accessibility.

Compatibility: Compatible with most standard napkin dispensers found in commercial settings. They are designed to fit a variety of holders, ensuring easy integration into existing setups.
