Yes, the moulded EVA footbed is removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if required.
While the rubber outsole provides good grip, the leather upper is not waterproof. It is recommended to apply a water-repellent spray for leather if you expect to encounter wet conditions.
Use a damp, soft cloth to wipe away surface dirt. Allow the shoe to air dry completely before applying any leather conditioners or polishes.
Their smart-casual design makes them highly versatile. They are ideal for business-casual environments and semi-formal social events.
Clarks sizes generally run true. We recommend using your standard UK adult shoe size, but keep in mind that leather can stretch slightly over time with regular wear.
Ensure the footbed is correctly seated inside the shoe or try wearing thinner socks during the initial break-in period.
Clean the area with a soft cloth and apply a matching leather polish or cream to buff out surface-level marks.
For the best initial fit, ensure you are wearing the type of socks you intend to use daily when trying the shoes on. If the shoes feel slightly snug, the removable footbed allows you to experiment with thinner inserts. To maintain the leather's longevity, store the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Regularly apply a quality leather conditioner to prevent the material from drying out, and use a soft cloth to wipe away dirt or dust after each use. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air-dry naturally rather than using direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp or crack the leather.
