Troubleshooting

PC will not turn on

Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the PC and the wall outlet. Try a different outlet. Check if the power supply switch on the back of the PC is in the 'on' position.

No display output

Verify that the monitor cable is connected to the graphics card ports (not the motherboard ports). Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source.

Slow performance or stuttering in games

Update your graphics drivers and Windows. Close unnecessary background applications. Ensure the PC is not overheating; check fan operation and clean dust filters.

Network connection issues

Restart your router and modem. Ensure Wi-Fi drivers are up to date. Try connecting via Ethernet cable to rule out Wi-Fi interference.

USB devices not recognized

Try a different USB port. Update chipset and USB drivers via the OMEN Gaming Hub or HP Support Assistant.
