Troubleshooting
Bag losing its shape
Ensure the bag is not overstuffed and store it with internal support (like tissue paper) when not in use. Use the dust bag for protection.
Leather appearing dry or dull
Apply a small amount of leather conditioner specifically designed for high-quality leather goods. Test on an inconspicuous area first. Use sparingly to avoid altering the hammered texture.
Zipper or closure getting stuck
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper. Gently use a graphite pencil tip on the zipper teeth to lubricate it. Avoid forcing the closure.
Discoloration on the periwinkle interior
Avoid contact with dark dyes (like new denim) that could transfer color. Clean gently with a slightly damp cloth if minor marks appear.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: This handbag requires no setup. It arrives ready to use. Ensure the padlock is properly engaged for security and the removable pouch is attached or detached as per your preference.
Compatibility: This is a fashion accessory and does not have electronic compatibility requirements.
Care:
- Leather Cleaning: Clean the hammered leather exterior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the leather's texture and color.
- Moisture: Protect the bag from excessive moisture. If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
- Storage: Store the bag in its dust bag when not in use to protect it from dust, sunlight, and scratches. Avoid storing it in plastic bags, as leather needs to breathe. Stuff the bag with tissue paper to help it maintain its shape.
- Hardware: Polish any metal hardware gently with a soft cloth to maintain its shine. Be mindful of the padlock and key mechanism.
