Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance, verify that the shoe size allows for approximately a thumb's width of space in the toe box. When lacing, use the zonally padded tongue to distribute pressure evenly; if you experience heel slippage, utilize the top eyelet for a 'runner's knot.' Regarding care, avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can degrade the foam and adhesive integrity. Instead, clean the exterior with a soft brush and mild soap, and allow the shoes to air-dry away from direct heat sources. Remove the insoles after wet runs to facilitate faster internal drying and prevent odor buildup.
