The adidas Adizero Dropset Pro Trainers are high-performance gym shoes designed for female athletes who require stability and responsiveness during high-intensity training. These trainers combine advanced cushioning technology with strategic support zones, making them ideal for everything from weightlifting to explosive movement sessions, though they are specifically optimized for indoor gym environments rather than long-distance outdoor running.

These are primarily training shoes designed for gym use and HIIT. They are not recommended for long-distance running.
Use a soft brush and mild soapy water to gently spot-clean. Do not submerge or machine wash.
Yes, they feature a standard fit designed for most adult female foot shapes.
The Energyrods are integrated to help facilitate a smoother, more efficient heel-to-toe transition during explosive movements.
While the Continental rubber is durable, the shoes are optimized for indoor gym surfaces and may wear faster on abrasive asphalt.
Ensure the laces are cinched correctly through the lockdown system to activate the TPU heel stabiliser support.
Wipe the Lighttraxion outsole with a slightly damp cloth to restore the Continental rubber grip.
To ensure the best fit, ensure you select your standard UK size, as the trainers follow a standard athletic profile. For care, wipe down the mesh upper with a damp cloth after sweaty sessions to maintain the integrity of the Climacool fibers. Avoid machine washing, as the heat and agitation can damage the TPU heel stabilisers and the adhesive bonding the sole to the upper. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration of the pink-silver aesthetic.
