Troubleshooting
Cushion appears damp after light rain
The water-repellent coating helps, but is not fully waterproof. Ensure the cushion is placed in a dry spot or brought inside during prolonged wet weather. Allow to air dry completely.
Colors appear faded
Direct prolonged sunlight can cause fading. Consider rotating the cushion or using it in a shaded area to preserve color vibrancy. Hand-wash gently to avoid stripping dyes.
Trim is losing its shape
The wiggle trim is delicate. Avoid vigorous rubbing or harsh cleaning. Gently reshape by hand if needed after washing.
Water-repellent coating seems less effective
The coating may diminish over time with wear and washing. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as these can accelerate wear. Hand-wash and air dry to prolong its effectiveness.
