FAQs
Can I use these pods for hand washing?
No, Ariel Platinum PODS are designed exclusively for use in automatic washing machines.
Where should I place the pod in the washing machine?
Always place the pod directly into the back of the empty machine drum before adding your laundry.
Will these pods work in cold water?
Yes, they are formulated to dissolve and provide effective cleaning even in lower water temperatures.
Are these safe for all fabric types?
They are suitable for most machine-washable fabrics; however, always check the garment's specific care label first.
How many pods should I use for a large load?
For standard loads, one pod is sufficient. For extra-large or very heavily soiled loads, two pods may be used.
How do I store the capsules safely?
Keep the container in a dry, cool place, tightly closed, and strictly out of reach of children and pets.
Troubleshooting
Pod residue left on clothes
Ensure the pod is placed at the back of the empty drum before adding laundry; do not overload the machine as it prevents proper water circulation.
Pod did not fully dissolve
Verify that the water temperature is appropriate for the cycle used and avoid placing the pod in the detergent drawer.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal results, always place the Ariel Platinum POD into the drum before loading your clothing. Do not place the pod in the detergent drawer, as it may not dissolve correctly or could clog the dispenser.
- Compatibility: These pods are compatible with most standard front-loading and top-loading automatic washing machines. Always check your garment's care label to ensure the fabric is machine-washable.
- Storage: Keep the container tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry place. Because the capsules are water-soluble, ensure your hands are dry when handling them to prevent the outer film from melting or sticking.
- Safety: Due to their appearance, always keep the product out of the reach of children and pets, ensuring the child-lock mechanism on the lid is fully engaged after every use.
