Full details
Fairy Non Bio PODS are designed for households with sensitive skin or young children who require a deep clean without the harshness of bio-enzymes. These pods offer the convenience of pre-measured laundry detergent that effectively removes stains while remaining dermatologically accredited, though users should be mindful that they must be kept strictly out of reach of children due to their concentrated chemical nature.

FAQs
Are these pods safe for baby clothes?
Yes, Fairy Non Bio is specifically formulated to be dermatologically tested and gentle, making it a popular choice for baby laundry.
Can I use these in cold water cycles?
Yes, they are designed to dissolve effectively in most standard temperature settings, including cooler cycles.
Do I need to add fabric softener?
While the pods clean effectively, you may add your preferred fabric softener separately if you desire extra softness or scent.
How many pods should I use per load?
For standard loads, one pod is sufficient. For very large or heavily soiled loads, you may consider using two pods.
What should I do if a pod breaks?
If a pod breaks, rinse the area with plenty of water. If you get detergent in your eyes or on skin, rinse thoroughly and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Troubleshooting
Pod residue left on clothes
Ensure the pod is placed at the back of the drum before adding laundry and avoid overfilling the washing machine.
Pods stuck together in the tub
Store the container in a dry environment and always handle pods with dry hands.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Excellent for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers
- Extremely convenient pre-measured format
- Easy to store and mess-free compared to powders
- Consistently effective cleaning power on standard stains
Cons
- Not suitable for heavy-duty biological stain removal
- Requires careful storage away from children
- Less flexible than liquid detergent for pre-treating small spots
Setup, Compatibility & Care
These pods are compatible with all standard washing machines, whether front-loading or top-loading. To ensure optimal performance and care, store the tub in a cool, dry place and always ensure the lid is snapped shut to prevent moisture from causing the pods to stick together. Do not handle the pods with wet hands, as the outer film is water-soluble and will begin to dissolve on contact with moisture. Always check the garment care labels to ensure the clothing is suitable for machine washing before starting your cycle.
