These boots are designed for urban environments and offer protection against everyday elements; however, they are not classified as fully technical waterproof gear.
The Glenclyffe Urban series is optimized for city streets and everyday urban use. They are not recommended for technical mountain hiking or rugged wilderness trails.
Use a soft brush to remove dry dirt and a damp cloth for spots. Do not put them in a washing machine.
Yes, they generally follow standard sizing. It is recommended to choose your typical size, but consider the thickness of the socks you intend to wear.
They are designed for urban surfaces including concrete, asphalt, and indoor office or retail environments.
Feet often swell during the day; ensure you are wearing appropriate moisture-wicking socks and adjust the lacing to allow for extra room.
Use a soft brush to remove loose debris, followed by a damp cloth to clean the exterior materials gently.
Ensure you are using a double knot or checking that the laces are correctly threaded through the eyelets for maximum tension.
To ensure the longevity of your Glenclyffe Urban Boots, proper care is essential. Upon first use, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension to accommodate your specific foot shape. To keep them looking their best, wipe away surface dirt with a damp cloth after use in muddy or dusty conditions. Avoid submerging the boots in water or using harsh industrial detergents. If they become wet, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, as extreme heat can degrade the integrity of the materials. Check the outsole periodically for any debris stuck in the tread to maintain optimal traction.
