Troubleshooting
Water pooling on the roof
Ensure the shed is installed on a perfectly level base; if it leans, use shims to level the structure.
Doors are sticking or not closing properly
Check that the base remains level and that the shed has not shifted; adjust the frame as needed.
Interior dampness detected shortly after installation
Verify that the anti-rot treatment has fully dried and ensure the shed is not placed directly on grass or soil.
Pros and Cons
Pros

- Pressure-treated timber protects against rot and decay
- Pent roof profile is space-efficient for placement against walls or fences
- Durable OSB roof and floor construction
Cons
- Requires a significant drying period post-assembly for optimal weather resistance
- Not eligible for delivery to certain remote or Scottish Highlands postcodes
- Requires assembly and a level base for proper installation
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before assembly, prepare a level base to support the shed's footprint. Since the timber has undergone a high-pressure anti-rot treatment, it is vital to allow the structure to dry completely before applying any additional waterproofing treatments or storing moisture-sensitive items. Regularly inspect the roof panels for debris and ensure the surrounding area allows for adequate airflow to prevent long-term dampness. Please verify your postcode eligibility prior to ordering, as this model cannot be delivered to addresses starting with AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, or KY.
