FAQs

Are these clogs true to size?

Crocs generally offer a roomy fit. It's recommended to check the size chart and consider your child's foot width. Toddler sizes often correspond to UK sizing.

How do I attach and remove Jibbitz™ charms?

Simply push the Jibbitz™ charm into one of the ventilation holes until it snaps into place. To remove, gently push it from the inside of the shoe out.

Can these be worn with socks?

Yes, while designed to be worn barefoot, they can also be worn with socks for added warmth or comfort, though the fit may be snugger.

What material are these clogs made of?

They are made from Crocs' proprietary closed-cell resin called Croslite™, which provides cushioning and comfort.

Are the Buzz Lightyear Jibbitz™ charms permanently attached?

No, the four exclusive Jibbitz™ charms are removable and can be repositioned or replaced with other Jibbitz™ charms.

Are these suitable for wide feet?

The Classic Clog design is known for its generous, roomier fit, making it generally suitable for wider feet.

How long does the Buzz Lightyear print last?

The print is designed for durability but may show signs of wear over time with extensive use, typical for footwear graphics.

Troubleshooting

Clogs seem too loose or slip off.

Utilize the pivoting heel strap by flipping it back for a more secure fit. Ensure the correct size is being worn.

Difficulty cleaning mud or debris.

Use a soft brush with mild soap and cold water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely.

Clogs misshapen after being left in heat.

Croslite™ material can be reshaped by immersing the clog in hot (not boiling) water for a few minutes, then fitting it to the foot and allowing it to cool. Note: This may not fully restore severely deformed clogs.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Engaging and fun design that appeals to young children.
Extremely comfortable and lightweight for all-day wear.
Water-friendly and quick-drying, perfect for beach or pool.
Easy for toddlers to put on and take off independently.
Durable construction suitable for active play.
Ventilation ports keep feet cool and reduce odor.

Cons

Limited-edition status means availability may be restricted.
The bright colors and design might not suit all preferences.
May run slightly larger or wider than traditional shoes, requiring careful sizing.
Croslite™ material can be susceptible to heat damage (e.g., leaving them in a hot car).

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

These clogs require no setup. They are ready to wear straight out of the packaging. Ensure the correct size is selected for your toddler's foot.

Compatibility:

Jibbitz™ Charms: Fully compatible with standard Jibbitz™ charms, allowing for extensive personalization beyond the included Buzz Lightyear set.
Footwear: Designed as a sandal/clog for toddlers, suitable for various weather conditions (excluding extreme cold or snow).

Care Instructions:

Cleaning: To clean, use mild soap and cold water. A damp cloth is often sufficient for light dirt.
Drying: Allow to air dry naturally. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this can damage the Croslite™ material.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme heat.
