Troubleshooting

Low water flow or pressure

Check that the bath taps are fully open. Ensure the shower head nozzles are clean and free of limescale. Verify that the water system pressure is within the compatible range (up to 3 bar).

Leaks from tap connections

Ensure the flexible tap connectors are securely fastened to the bath taps. Tighten the retaining straps if necessary. Check the condition of the rubber washers within the connectors.

Attachment does not fit tap

Confirm that your bath taps are round or oval. This attachment is not designed for square or uniquely shaped taps.

Inconsistent water temperature

Ensure the 'Y' shape junction is correctly assembled for optimal hot and cold water mixing. Adjust the bath taps slowly to find a stable temperature.
