FAQs

Is the waistband adjustable?

The skirt features an integrated elasticated waistband which provides a flexible fit for a range of body types.

How should I wash this skirt?

Due to the pleated construction, we recommend professional dry cleaning or careful hand washing in cold water.

Does the material wrinkle easily?

The fabric is designed to be wrinkle-resistant, though improper storage or folding may cause creases in the pleats.

Can I iron this skirt?

Direct ironing is not recommended as it can permanently flatten the pleats. Use a garment steamer at a safe distance if necessary.

What is the primary material?

The skirt is crafted from a smooth fabric blend selected specifically for its fluid drape and structural integrity.

Troubleshooting

Pleats look flattened or wrinkled

Hang the skirt in a steamy bathroom for a few minutes to allow the weight of the fabric to release wrinkles without direct heat.

Waistband feels too loose

If the elastic does not sit securely, try pairing the skirt with a stylish belt to help hold the position while maintaining the desired aesthetic.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your skirt remains in optimal condition, consider the following care and compatibility tips:

Cleaning: Always check the inner garment label. Due to the delicate nature of the pleats, it is recommended to hand wash or use a professional dry cleaning service to prevent flattening.
Storage: Hang the skirt vertically using a skirt hanger with clips. Avoid folding the skirt for storage, as this can cause the pleats to lose their sharp structure.
Compatibility: This piece works best with tucked-in tops to highlight the waistline. It is compatible with a wide range of footwear, from block-heel ankle boots to classic loafers.
