Troubleshooting

Jacket appears flat or lacks loft

Gently tumble dry on a low heat setting with clean tennis balls to help redistribute and re-fluff the down filling. If the issue persists, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Felt logo patch is peeling

Carefully use a very low heat setting on an iron (with a pressing cloth) to gently re-adhere the patch. Avoid direct contact with the patch itself.

Zipper is stiff or difficult to move

Apply a small amount of graphite pencil lead or a silicone-based zipper lubricant to the teeth of the zipper. Work the zipper up and down gently to smooth its movement.
