Troubleshooting

Zippers sticking

Gently rub a graphite pencil tip along the zipper teeth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper slider.

Feather/down leakage

Gently pull any protruding feathers back through the lining rather than pulling them out. Minor leakage is normal for down products, but significant leakage may indicate a seam issue.

Garment appears creased after storage

Hang the jacket in a steamy bathroom for a short period, or use a garment steamer on a low setting. Avoid direct ironing.
