Ensure the AC adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet. If the issue persists, perform a hard reset by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.

Restart your router and modem. Ensure your Wi-Fi drivers are up to date via Lenovo Vantage or Device Manager. Verify you are within range of your Wi-Fi network and check if Wi-Fi 6E is supported by your router.

Check the display brightness settings in Windows. Ensure the display drivers are updated. If flickering persists, check display cable connections (if external) or contact support for potential hardware issues.

Confirm the privacy shutter is open. Check if the camera is enabled in Windows Privacy settings. Ensure the camera driver is installed and updated. Try closing and reopening the application using the camera.

Ensure the microphones are not obstructed. Check that the correct audio input device (Dolby Voice® microphones) is selected in your communication application. Update audio drivers via Lenovo Vantage.
