Setup
- Connect the USB-C connector (or the USB-A adapter) to your device's USB port.
- The headset should automatically be recognized by your computer. You may need to select it as your default audio device in your computer's sound settings.
- For mobile devices, ensure your device supports USB audio.
Compatibility
The Poly Blackwire 3220 is compatible with:
- Windows 10 and newer
- Mac operating systems
- Most Unified Communications (UC) platforms
- Mobile devices with USB-C or USB-A support.
Care
- Clean the ear cushions and headband with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.
- Store the headset in a clean, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid exposing the headset to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Handle the cable with care to prevent damage.
