Product Information

Full details

Anthuriums are widely regarded as one of the most attractive houseplant varieties available, most varieties feature big oval shaped ornamental leaves with a dark green complexion borne on long stalks. The flowering stalks of the arturium bear large flower spathes that have small clusters of flowers at their centre. These heart-shaped spathes have a waxy look to them and give off a gorgeous, vivid colour, while most are red or pink, there are other colours available. Arthuriums are quite resilient and require very little maintenance, they prefer well lit areas but keep them from direct sunlight, they should be watered at least once-to-twice a week during summer with less frequent watering during winter. Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves. Collections or 'mixed' listings for plants will be selected dependant on availability and carefully hand-picked to ensure their quality.
