No, they are made of leather and suede, which are porous materials. It is recommended to apply a water-repellent spray if you plan to wear them in light damp conditions.
Use a dry, soft brush to remove dirt. Do not use soap or water on the suede as it can leave marks.
The Samba OG features a flat, low-profile sole. They offer moderate comfort, but users requiring heavy arch support may need to insert their own orthotics.
Store in a well-ventilated, dry area. Avoid leaving them in a hot car or direct sun for extended periods, as this can damage the leather.
Yes, they generally fit true to size, but the leather construction can feel snug initially compared to mesh footwear.
This is normal with natural leather. Use a shoe tree when not in use to help maintain the shape and minimize deep creasing.
Use a suede eraser or a dedicated suede brush to gently restore the nap of the material.
Leather shoes often require a short 'break-in' period. Wear them for short durations indoors to allow the material to mold to your foot shape.
To ensure your Samba OG trainers last, it is important to follow proper care protocols. Keep the suede t-toe clean using a soft-bristled brush to remove dust. If the leather upper gets dirty, wipe it gently with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents. For compatibility, these trainers run true to size, but consider the snugness of the leather; if you have wider feet, you may find the standard width fits securely. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the leather from drying out or the colours from fading.
