The Barbour Icons Border Jacket is designed for adult males seeking a durable and stylish outerwear piece for countryside and everyday wear. Its key benefit lies in its classic fit, longer length, and practical features like multiple pockets and a signature cord collar, offering timeless appeal and functionality. A potential caveat is its specific care instructions requiring machine washing at 30°C, which might require attention.

The outer material is a blend of 70% cotton and 30% polyamide.
You should machine wash the jacket at 30°C using a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry.
The jacket is constructed from a cotton-blend and is designed for protection against light rain and wind, but it is not fully waterproof.
The jacket features a classic fit and a longer length silhouette.
This model, the Barbour Icons Border Jacket, does not come with an integrated hood.
Key details include the signature cord collar, Barbour logo and collar pin badge, multiple pockets, and the cotton tartan lining.
This can sometimes occur with cotton blends. Ensure the jacket is reshaped while damp and allowed to dry naturally. A low-temperature iron can help soften the fabric.
Gently iron the cord collar on a low heat setting, being careful not to scorch the fabric.
The jacket features both bellow pockets for larger items and zip hand-warmer pockets. Ensure you are utilizing the appropriate pocket for the item you wish to carry.
Setup: This jacket requires no setup; it is ready to wear straight from purchase.
Compatibility: Designed as outerwear, it layers effectively over shirts, sweaters, and light knitwear. It is suitable for adult males.
