Troubleshooting
Cushion cover won't zip closed completely.
Ensure the cushion insert is evenly distributed inside the cover and not bunching near the zipper. Try gently manipulating the insert while zipping.
Velvet appears flattened or has pile distortion.
Gently brush the velvet with a soft clothes brush in the direction of the pile. For persistent marks, a light steam from an iron held at a distance can help restore the pile.
Color fading after washing.
Always wash with cold water on a gentle cycle and avoid direct sunlight when drying. Use a mild detergent without bleach.
