Troubleshooting
Shoulder straps feel uncomfortable
Adjust the strap length evenly on both sides until the backpack sits high and close to your back.
Laptop compartment feels tight
Ensure the laptop is placed vertically into the sleeve and that no thick laptop covers or hard-shell cases are creating unnecessary bulk.
Surface stains appearing on fabric
Wipe the area immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Do not scrub aggressively as this may fray the recycled polyester fibers.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your Vinga Baltimore backpack in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Cleaning: Spot clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical solvents, as these can compromise the material integrity.
- Loading: Always place the heaviest items, such as your laptop, in the dedicated back compartment to maintain the bag's center of gravity and provide better back support.
- Compatibility: The main compartment is optimized for laptops up to 16 inches. Ensure your device is fully pushed into the padded sleeve for maximum security.
- Storage: When not in use, store the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the color and material strength.
