Can I mount this TV on the wall?

Yes, the UR9S is compatible with standard VESA wall mounts.

Is the 170Hz refresh rate available on all inputs?

It is optimized for inputs supporting high-frame-rate content, typically via HDMI.

Do I need a soundbar with this TV?

The built-in 4.1.2 surround system is designed to provide high-quality audio that mimics a discrete soundbar system, making an external one optional.

What is the primary benefit of the RGB Mini-LED design?

By creating color at the source using red, green, and blue LEDs, the TV achieves higher color purity and accuracy than panels using traditional white backlights with color filters.

Troubleshooting

Sound output feels muffled

Ensure that the area above the TV is not obstructed, as the up-firing speakers require ceiling clearance to project audio correctly.

Screen appears to have unexpected color shifts

Check the picture settings to see if AI processing is set to 'Auto'. Try switching to 'Cinema' or 'Standard' mode to see if the issue persists.

Gaming latency feels high

Verify that Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) is enabled in the TV settings and your console's video output menu.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward via the VIDAA smart platform, which organizes your streaming applications for quick access. Ensure the TV is placed on a stable surface or wall-mounted using a VESA-compliant bracket.

Compatibility: The TV integrates seamlessly with modern gaming consoles and high-bandwidth streaming devices.

Care: Clean the screen only with a dry, soft microfiber cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners or household chemicals, as these can strip the anti-reflection coating from the panel.
