FAQs
Are these boots fully waterproof?
Yes, the ABX technology provides a waterproof barrier suitable for wet conditions, though they are not intended for total submersion.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the child's foot length and compare it to the UK size guide, ensuring there is a small amount of wiggle room for thick socks.
Can the insoles be removed?
Yes, the insoles are removable for cleaning or to allow for faster drying after long periods of wear.
What age group are these for?
These are designed for children; please refer to the specific UK child size provided to ensure an appropriate fit.
Are they suitable for snowy conditions?
They are designed for cold and wet weather and provide good protection, but they are best suited for general winter exploration rather than heavy snow activity.
Troubleshooting
Velcro is losing its stickiness
Clean any lint or debris from the hooks of the velcro strap using a fine-toothed comb or small brush.
Boots feel damp inside
Ensure they are fully dried after each wear. If they are damp from perspiration, remove the insoles to speed up the evaporation process.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Geox Himalaya ABX boots maintain their performance, follow these guidelines:
- Fitting: Ensure the boots are worn with appropriate thickness socks to allow for natural foot movement without restriction.
- Cleaning: Remove surface mud and dirt using a soft brush or a damp cloth. Do not submerge the boots in water.
- Drying: Always air dry the boots at room temperature. Avoid placing them directly on radiators or heat sources, as this can damage the synthetic materials and the waterproof membrane.
- Storage: Keep them in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the integrity of the materials.
