Troubleshooting

Severe Allergic Reaction Occurs

This is why the 48-hour skin allergy test is mandatory. If you experience any severe allergic reaction symptoms during the test or application, immediately rinse the product off and seek medical attention. Do not use the product if you reacted to the test.

Colour not as expected or incomplete grey coverage

Ensure that the product was mixed correctly, applied evenly, and left on for the recommended processing time as detailed in the instruction leaflet. Factors like previous hair treatments, hair porosity, and natural hair colour can influence the final result. If grey coverage is incomplete, ensure full saturation of grey areas.

Hair does not feel smooth or glossy after colouring

Ensure the product was thoroughly rinsed from your hair after the processing time. Use the post-colour conditioner provided in the kit to help smooth the hair cuticle and enhance shine. If no conditioner was provided, use your regular conditioner.

Scalp discomfort during application

While designed for optimal scalp comfort, if you experience discomfort, stinging, or burning during application, rinse your hair immediately with lukewarm water and discontinue use. Consult a medical professional if irritation persists.
