Ray-Ban Mega Wayfarer II - Blue Lenses 55-21

Mega Wayfarer II refers to an oversized, bolder evolution of the classic Wayfarer sunglasses, featuring larger temples and frame dimensions.

The standard clear gradient blue lenses are suitable for general wear but offer minimal tint. For driving, especially in bright conditions, the polarized version is highly recommended as it reduces glare from the road.

The frames are made from propionate, a high-quality, durable, and flexible plastic known for its comfort.

The 55mm lens width and 21mm bridge width indicate an oversized fit. It is generally recommended for individuals with medium to larger face shapes. Trying them on in person or comparing measurements to currently owned sunglasses is advisable.

Ray-Ban frames are often suitable for prescription lens replacement by a qualified optician. However, the specific curvature and design of the Mega Wayfarer II may affect compatibility. Consult with an optician.

The standard version has clear gradient blue lenses. The polarized version includes a special filter that blocks reflected light (glare), offering enhanced visual clarity and comfort in bright sunlight.

Always use a microfiber cloth to clean the lenses. Store them in the provided case to protect them from scratches. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Minor adjustments can sometimes be made by a professional optician to the temple arms. For significant fit issues, consider if this oversized model is the best fit for your face shape.

Clean the lenses gently with a microfiber cloth. If necessary, use a dedicated lens cleaning spray. Avoid using household cleaners or abrasive materials that can scratch the lenses.

Contact the retailer or Ray-Ban customer service for warranty information or repair options. Propionate frames are durable but can be damaged by extreme force or heat.
