Getting started with your FuelCell SuperComp Elite v4 shoes is straightforward:
- Lacing: Lace them up ensuring a snug, comfortable fit across your midfoot. Experiment with different lacing techniques if you have specific fit preferences.
- Break-In: While race shoes are often ready to go, it's advisable to do a few shorter, faster runs before race day to acclimate your feet to their aggressive geometry and stiffness.
Compatibility
These shoes are designed for:
- Running Type: Neutral runners primarily.
- Purpose: Race days (especially marathons) and high-intensity training (tempo runs, intervals).
- Pace: Best suited for faster paces where the shoe's propulsion can be fully utilized.
Care
Proper care will help maintain your shoes' performance and longevity:
- Cleaning: Gently remove loose dirt with a soft brush. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap (like dish soap) mixed with cool water and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Drying: Allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use direct heat sources like radiators or tumble dryers, as this can damage materials.
- Storage: Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
- Product Label: Always refer to the product label inside the shoe for specific composition and care instructions.
