FAQs
How should I clean my Fusion Matteo Curtains?
It is strongly recommended to dry clean or use professional laundering to maintain the quality, color, and appearance of the 100% cotton fabric and lining.
Are matching accessories available for these curtains?
Yes, coordinating Fusion Matteo cushions with the same botanical print are available separately to complement your room's aesthetic.
Are these blackout curtains?
The Fusion Matteo Curtains are fully lined to provide a superior drape and offer good light diffusion and privacy. However, they are not specifically designed or marketed as blackout curtains.
What material is the lining made of?
The lining is composed of 52% Polyester and 48% Cotton.
What type of curtain rod is suitable for these curtains?
These curtains feature a silver eyelet header, making them suitable for use with most standard curtain poles or rods.
Can I machine wash or tumble dry these curtains?
No, machine washing or tumble drying is not recommended as it can damage the 100% cotton fabric and affect the drape and integrity of the lining. Always opt for professional cleaning.
Troubleshooting
Curtains appear creased or don't hang perfectly smooth.
As these curtains are 100% cotton, some creasing from packaging is normal. Allow them to hang for a few days to naturally relax. For stubborn creases, professional steaming is recommended. If ironing at home, use a very low heat setting with a pressing cloth on the cotton fabric, avoiding direct contact with the lining if possible.
The room is still brighter than expected after hanging the curtains.
While fully lined to enhance drape and provide privacy, these Fusion Matteo Curtains are not specifically designed as blackout curtains. They offer good light diffusion. For maximum darkness, consider pairing them with a blackout blind or a separate blackout lining.
Eyelets are not sliding smoothly on the curtain rod.
Ensure your curtain rod is clean and free of obstructions. You can try applying a silicone-based spray or a small amount of furniture polish to the top of the rod to reduce friction. Also, check that the rod diameter is appropriate for the eyelet size.
The botanical pattern doesn't look as vibrant as expected.
Lighting conditions in a room can significantly impact how colors and patterns appear. Ensure your room has adequate lighting, and consider how natural light interacts with the curtain during different times of day. If the issue persists after cleaning, consult with a professional cleaner about maintaining fabric vibrancy.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the curtains from their packaging.
- Inspect: Check for any creases from packaging; these can often be gently smoothed out or allowed to relax over time.
- Install Rod: Ensure your curtain rod is securely installed and wide enough to accommodate the curtains when fully extended.
- Hang: Thread the silver eyelets onto your chosen curtain pole. Ensure the eyelets are evenly spaced for a neat, pleated look. The curtains are 'ready to hang,' making this process straightforward.
Compatibility
- Curtain Rods: Designed for use with standard curtain poles/rods due to the eyelet header.
- Accessories: Matching Fusion Matteo cushions are available separately, allowing you to create a cohesive botanical theme in your room.
- Room Decor: The white color and botanical print offer versatility, complementing various interior styles from modern minimalist to bohemian or eclectic.
Care
- Cleaning: It is highly recommended to dry clean or use professional laundering to maintain the quality, color, and integrity of the 100% cotton fabric and the lining (52% Polyester, 48% Cotton). Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the material and drape.
- Creases: If creases occur, professional steaming is recommended. If attempting at home, use a very low heat iron with a pressing cloth, focusing on the cotton fabric and avoiding direct contact with the lining if uncertain.
