Product Information

Full details

The Original BTC Hector Dome Wall Light is designed for individuals seeking a blend of industrial aesthetic and functional lighting. Its key benefit lies in its adjustable, translucent bone china shade, allowing for precise light direction to create focused or ambient illumination. A potential consideration is that different sizes use different bulb types (E14 for small, E27 for medium). This British-designed classic features a movable shade, a smart cotton braided cable, and is crafted using traditional ceramic methods.

Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on

Ensure the bulb is correctly installed and not burnt out. Check that the fixture is properly connected to power (plugged in or switched on). For hardwired installations, verify the circuit breaker.

Light flickers or dims inconsistently

If using a dimmable bulb, ensure it is compatible with your dimmer switch. Check that the bulb is securely fitted. If the issue persists, the dimmer switch itself might be faulty.

Shade adjustment is stiff

Gently move the shade and stem. Avoid forcing any parts. If stiffness persists, consult the manual or contact customer support.
