Initial Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all cookware from its packaging.
- Wash: Before first use, wash all pans and lids thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth. This removes any manufacturing residues.
Compatibility

- Gas
- Electric
- Ceramic
- Halogen
- Induction
Ensure the base of the pan matches the size of your hob ring for optimal heat efficiency.
Care and Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life and performance of your cookware:
- Cooking Heat: Use low to medium heat settings for most cooking. High heat can damage the non-stick coating over time and is generally unnecessary due to the efficient heat conductivity of aluminium.
- Utensils: Always use wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils to protect the ceramic non-stick surface. Avoid metal utensils as they can scratch or chip the coating.
- Cleaning: While dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge is recommended to preserve the non-stick coating's longevity. For stubborn food residues, soak the pan for a short period before cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or scouring pads.
- Storage: Place a soft cloth or paper towel between pans when stacking them to prevent scratching the non-stick interior or exterior finish.
- Oven Use: Info needed: While Bakelite handles are heat-resistant, they are typically not designed for prolonged high-temperature oven use. Please consult the manufacturer's specific instructions for oven safety limits, if any.
