Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before the first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly. While the wok is designed for durability, it is recommended to use silicone, wooden, or nylon utensils to protect the non-stick finish. To clean, allow the pan to cool completely before washing; avoid using abrasive scrubbers or steel wool. Although carbon steel is resilient, hand-washing is the best method to ensure the longevity of the non-stick coating and the exterior finish. Always ensure the base is centered over the heating element for even heat distribution.
