Troubleshooting

Bra feels too tight

Ensure the correct size was selected. Check the size chart and measure according to instructions. If within the return window, consider exchanging for a larger size.

Fabric losing elasticity

Avoid using fabric softeners and high heat during washing and drying, as these can degrade elastic fibers over time. Opt for cold washes and low heat or air drying.

Strap adjustment issues

The crossover straps are designed for ease of on/off and do not have adjustable sliders. Ensure the main band fits snugly but comfortably.

Material feels less breathable over time

Clean the bra thoroughly to remove any buildup of sweat and detergent residue, which can clog fabric pores. Check care label instructions for proper washing.
