Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because the jacket features a DWR coating, it is essential to maintain the fabric's ability to repel water. When cleaning, machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle using a non-biological detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can degrade the water-repellent finish. The jacket should be air-dried or tumble-dried on a low heat setting if the care label permits. Periodically, you may need to re-apply a DWR spray treatment if you notice water no longer beads on the outer polyester shell.
