The Arctic Army Hooded Long Sleeve Weather Resistant Parka is designed for adult women seeking a blend of high-performance winter protection and sophisticated urban aesthetics. This full-length coat offers excellent thermal insulation without the restrictive bulk often found in heavy winter gear, making it ideal for daily commuting and city living. While the parka provides robust shielding against the elements, potential users should note that its weather-resistant exterior is designed for typical winter conditions and may not be suitable for extreme, high-altitude alpine expeditions.

It is water-resistant, meaning it provides effective protection against light rain, snow, and wind, but it is not intended to be fully waterproof for heavy, sustained downpours.
The L (Large) sizing is tailored for an adult female frame, providing a comfortable fit that typically accommodates standard layering underneath.
Always check the specific care tag on your garment. Generally, it is recommended to use a gentle, cold-water cycle or professional cleaning to preserve the integrity of the weather-resistant shell.
No, the hood is a fixed, integrated part of the parka's design to ensure seamless coverage and wind protection.
The parka includes strategic pocket placement for urban utility, including external storage for daily essentials.
The weather-resistant coating may be wearing off; consider applying a fabric-safe DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray specifically designed for synthetic outerwear.
Gently shake or fluff the jacket to redistribute the filling, or hang it in a warm, well-ventilated area for several hours to regain loft.
To keep your parka in peak condition, store it in a cool, dry place on a wide-shouldered hanger to maintain the garment's structure. Because the coat features specific insulation, it is recommended to follow the care label instructions strictly—typically involving professional cleaning or a delicate wash cycle with cold water if absolutely necessary. Avoid using high-heat tumble drying, as this can degrade the weather-resistant coating and the internal insulation. If the exterior surface gets muddy or splashed with city grime, a quick wipe-down with a damp cloth is usually sufficient for regular maintenance. For long-term storage during off-season months, ensure the coat is clean and stored in a breathable garment bag.
