Yes, the Nike Air Max 90 features an enhanced toe box design that provides more wiggle room than many standard slim-profile trainers.
No, machine washing can damage the leather upper and the structural integrity of the air cushioning. Always hand-clean with a damp cloth.
The upper is constructed from durable leather, designed to offer support and longevity.
The shoes follow standard UK children's sizing. It is recommended to measure the foot to ensure the fit aligns with your child's growth.
The Waffle pattern is a Nike heritage design that provides reliable traction and grip on various surfaces.
While they feature technology originally derived from running, they are primarily lifestyle trainers suitable for all-day activity and casual wear.
Ensure a double-knot is used or replace with structured performance laces if needed.
Use a specialized leather cleaner or a gentle eraser tool designed for sneakers to lift surface marks.
Check for debris embedded in the Max Air unit and ensure the outsole is clean; if the air unit itself is punctured, it is not repairable.
To ensure the longest lifespan for your Nike Air Max 90s, use the classic lace-up system to achieve a secure, customized fit before initial use. For care, avoid machine washing the leather upper. Instead, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, which can cause the leather to crack or the cushioning unit to lose integrity. Regularly inspect the outsole grooves and remove any trapped pebbles or debris to maintain optimal grip.
