The Homes-Linen Flannelette Fitted Sheet is ideal for individuals seeking added warmth and tactile comfort during cooler months or year-round sleeping. Its brushed fabric finish provides a soft, cozy texture that excels at heat retention, though the thicker material requires careful laundering to prevent pilling over time.

While designed for warmth, many users find it comfortable year-round. However, if you are a hot sleeper, you may prefer a lighter weave during peak summer months.
Measure your mattress height from the top surface to the bottom edge. If it is 25cm or less, this sheet will provide a secure, snug fit.
Washing in cool water and drying away from direct, harsh sunlight will help preserve the vibrancy of the blue fabric.
Flannelette is prone to mild pilling over time due to the nature of the brushed fibers. Washing inside out can help minimize surface friction.
It is generally not necessary to iron flannelette. If you must, use a low-heat setting to avoid crushing the brushed nap.
Check if your mattress depth exceeds 25cm or use elasticated corner straps to provide additional tension.
Ensure you are using a gentle cycle and avoiding high-heat tumble drying, which can singe and damage the brushed fibers.
To set up the sheet, align the corners with your mattress, ensuring the 25cm side panels pull snugly over the sides. For care, wash the sheet on a gentle cycle in cool or lukewarm water to preserve the brushed fibers. Avoid heavy detergents or fabric softeners, as these can flatten the pile and reduce the softness over time. For the best longevity, air drying is recommended, though you may tumble dry on a low-heat setting. Always ensure the sheet is completely dry before storage to prevent mildew.
