Product Information
Full details
The Nike Phantom 6 Low Club TF is a high-performance football boot specifically engineered for kids who play on short synthetic grass surfaces. Designed to enhance ball control, the synthetic upper moulds to the foot, while the specialized rubber outsole provides the traction needed for quick movements during training or matches. While these boots excel on turf pitches, they are not intended for use on soft, muddy, or natural grass fields where different stud configurations are required.

FAQs
Are these boots suitable for real grass?
These are TF (Turf) boots designed for synthetic surfaces. While they may work on very hard, dry natural grass, they will not provide sufficient traction on standard or soft fields.
How do I determine the right size for my child?
These boots follow standard UK children's sizing. It is recommended to leave about half a thumb's width of space at the toe to allow for movement and growth.
Can these be machine washed?
No, machine washing can damage the adhesive and the shape of the boot. Clean them by hand with warm water and mild soap.
Are they suitable for both boys and girls?
Yes, the Phantom 6 Low Club TF is a unisex model designed to provide a secure fit for all young athletes.
How should I store them during the off-season?
Clean them thoroughly, ensure they are completely dry, and store them in a ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
Accumulated turf pellets stuck in the outsole
Use a blunt tool or a stiff brush to clear the gaps between the rubber studs to maintain maximum grip.
Boots feel slippery on the pitch
Ensure the pitch is specifically synthetic turf; if the pitch is wet or muddy, turf boots may struggle for traction compared to firm ground boots.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Excellent grip on synthetic turf surfaces
- Synthetic upper is easy to clean and maintain
- Mouldable fit improves ball handling and control
- Lightweight construction reduces fatigue during long matches
Cons
- Not suitable for soft ground or muddy grass surfaces
- Synthetic material may require a short breaking-in period
- Limited to turf use only
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To get the most out of your Nike Phantom 6 boots, ensure the sizing is snug without restricting circulation. Because these are TF (Turf) boots, they are best paired with synthetic grass pitches.
Care Instructions:
- Post-Match Cleaning: Remove excess dirt from the outsole using a soft-bristled brush after every game.
- Moisture Removal: If the boots become wet, stuff them with newspaper or a dry cloth and let them air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the synthetic materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to prevent the synthetic upper from becoming brittle over time.
