The FF1 blue countersunk plug is designed for flush fixing of soft materials. Its internal plug geometry is engineered to accommodate the screw head, and the plug design ensures multi-axis expansion, making it ideal for timber or metal door and window frames, cladding, and handrails. This fixing features a high-quality zinc-plated finish, offering excellent corrosion resistance for both indoor and outdoor use. The hex head design facilitates easy installation and a firm hold, providing stability and strength in materials such as concrete, brick, and stone. The nylon frame enhances flexibility and strength, adapting to structural movements for a secure and long-lasting hold. Specifically formulated nylon allows for optimal performance across various base material categories (A, B, C, D) according to ETAG 020. Approved for use in Concrete, Solid Brick, Solid Sand-lime Brick, Hollow Sand-lime Brick, Hollow Brick, Hollow Lightweight Concrete Block, and Aerated Concrete Block. Common applications include door and window frames, gates, industrial doors, facades, wall cabinets, satellite dishes, garage doors, shelves, and cable trays.
