Troubleshooting

Pieces not fitting together

Ensure you are using the correct pieces for the step indicated in the instruction manual. Check for any plastic burrs on the connection points and carefully trim if necessary. Do not force the pieces.

Light-up eyes not working

Verify that the CR927 battery is inserted correctly with the positive (+) side facing upwards. Check if the battery is fresh or needs replacement. Ensure the battery contacts are clean.

Loose joints

Gently press the joint components together. If a joint remains very loose, it might be due to how it was assembled. Refer back to the instructions for that specific part.

Small parts missing

Carefully re-check the packaging and all sprues. If parts are indeed missing, contact customer support for assistance.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Assembly involves carefully snapping together the 93 ABS plastic pieces according to the included instruction manual. No glue or paint is required. Ensure all pieces are correctly aligned before applying pressure to connect them.

Compatibility: This is a collectible model kit and not a transforming toy in the traditional sense. It is designed for display purposes and is officially licensed.

Care: Dust the assembled figure gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For the light-up eyes, the included CR927 battery can be replaced following the instructions in the battery replacement manual. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
