The Stone Island Matt Ripstop Cordura Puffer Jacket is an ideal choice for the style-conscious individual seeking a technical, high-performance outer layer for urban environments or cold-weather commutes. Crafted from durable CORDURA nylon, it offers a lightweight but exceptionally warm experience thanks to its Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified insulation. While it provides excellent thermal protection and a contemporary matte aesthetic, potential users should note that the technical materials require specialized care to maintain the integrity of the water-resistant finish and down padding.

The CORDURA fabric is treated to be water-resistant, making it suitable for light rain, but it is not a fully seam-sealed waterproof rain jacket.
Yes, the hood is detachable and utilizes a system of zips and snaps for secure attachment and easy removal.
Store in a cool, dry place on a wide, padded hanger to maintain the shape of the shoulders. Avoid compressing the jacket in a vacuum bag.
Yes, the insulation is Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified, ensuring high standards of animal welfare.
No, you should remove the badge before washing the jacket to preserve the embroidery and the integrity of the fabric.
Lightly shake the jacket or use a tennis ball in the tumble dryer on a low, no-heat setting to redistribute the feathers.
Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and a very mild soap solution; avoid scrubbing the fabric aggressively to maintain the matte texture.
To ensure the longevity of your Stone Island jacket, remove the iconic badge before cleaning, as the washing process can degrade the patch. When washing, use a delicate cycle with a mild detergent—preferably one designed for down garments—to maintain the loft and thermal efficiency of the insulation. Always air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent damage to the nylon fibers. Because this is a high-performance garment, avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can strip the protective finish of the CORDURA fabric.
