No, this refurbished controller does not include a charger or AA batteries. You will need to supply two AA batteries or a compatible rechargeable battery pack separately.
Yes, the Xbox One S Wireless Controller is fully compatible with Windows 10/11 PCs. You can connect it wirelessly via Bluetooth or with a compatible USB to Micro-USB cable (not included).
This product is in 'Very Good' cosmetic condition, meaning there might be light scratches or scuffs, but these will not impair functionality. It has been fully tested and restored to factory settings for excellent working order.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture, especially near buttons and ports, to prevent damage.
The Phantom Magenta is the actual color and finish of the controller's casing, not a removable skin. It features a unique semi-translucent design.
The controller uses two standard AA batteries. For continuous play and cost-effectiveness, rechargeable AA batteries or an official Xbox Play & Charge Kit (sold separately) are recommended.
Ensure fresh AA batteries are correctly inserted. If using rechargeable batteries, verify they are charged. Try a different set of batteries to rule out faulty ones.
Make sure both the console and controller are turned on. Press the 'Pair' button on the console and then press and hold the 'Pair' button on the controller until the Xbox button flashes. If issues persist, restart both the console and controller.
Ensure there are no obstructions between the controller and the console/PC. Move closer to the console/PC. Check for wireless interference from other devices (e.g., routers, cordless phones). If on PC, try a wired connection to diagnose.
Clean around the unresponsive button with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Ensure no debris is lodged in the button mechanism. If the issue persists, contact support as internal damage might be present.
Reduce the distance between the controller and the receiver. Ensure your console/PC system software is up to date. If using Bluetooth on PC, try connecting via USB cable or an Xbox Wireless Adapter for PC.
